About 7 minutes until 6:00pm i walked into Dunkin Donuts. It has been a warm and rainy kind of day. Nothing special and nothing too stressful happened today, so iT was kind of average.
As i got myself ready to begin working i realized that Josh and Ryan was working with me tonight. Oh, great! A couple of silly goofballs when they work together. They're incredibly fun and entertaining but not a lot gets done sometimes.
About 45 minutes into my shift they mentioned that Kerri(our manager)told them that Nick Heller got employee of the month. Now, my Dunkin Donuts just recently started this. There is a sign posted on the wall in the back with a list of qualifications for employee of the month. It also means that one person from the morning shift would get it and one person from night shift. A girl named Ashley H. got it for the morning crew and Nick got it for night. Josh and Ryan were telling me that Nick was so happy and that the rest of them were shocked. You see, Nick is the type of guy who slacks and doesn't always do stuff. Hence, why people were shocked.
There's just one catch; Kerri doesn't usually call me Nicole. She calls me Nick! :)
