The Best First Date Ever!!!!!!!!!!!

On June 21, 2008 i woke up around 9ish. I was so excited! So, i didn't really do much except run some errands, pick out what i was going to wear and start getting ready. I had gone with ashley a couple days before to the mall to get an outfit for the concert. I found this cute grey tank top to go underneath this cute black shirt. I loooked cute, lets just say.

Jack had said that on Saturday he had to go to his friends ballet recital but then he would pick me up around 4:00 so we could spend as much time together as possible! i know he's adorable. So i took a shower, got dressed, did my hair and was completely ready around 2:00! i had to hours to kill, so i pretty much panicked the whole time. I called Brigid to see if she could calm me down but she didn't answer, so i went back to freaking out! I mean this would be my first first date. Usually i went out with all the guys i dated before we went on our first date. This was going to be the deciding factor date, so i was really nervous but really excited.

He called me around 3:30 and said he would be running late because the ballet recital was longer than anticipated. So, then he would pick me up at 4:30. Oh great! more time to freak out. so, for an hour i couldn't sit still, or watch a movie or think straight. Yeah people, i was a complete mess!!!!!!!!

He picked me up and it was awkward for maybe five to ten minutes and then it was fine. We talked, we laughed and had a good time just driving. Then we got lost. Now, the concert was at the NE Dodge Music Center, he knows where that is, but he had seen a place to eat before hand but he wasn't sure where. So, we took a couple wrong turns and optional stop signs and it was really fun. We laughed the whole time. It just made things even better for us actually.

He finally decided to go eat at Bugaboo Creek Steak
house in manchester. That was sooo much fun and the food was great. I was so nervous though that i was trying to eat slowly because my stomach was in knots so he finished way before me. But it still was a lot of fun.

We got to the concert and we met some of his friends and then just the two of us sat in the grass waiting for the opening acts to start. Things were great and the opening music was great. But it got better!!

While they were setting up for Brooks & Dunn (which took a while) Jack and i continued to talk and get to know each other. It felt like with each passing moment we got closer and closer and i do mean that literally too. Soon he put his arm around me!! SO exciting, let me tell you. SO, from then on we cuddled!! It was a great time!!

The concert ended around 11:00 which is early for us since we both work crazy hours! So, we decided to go see a movie. We went to see Get Smart in the directors hall. That was fun because we cuddled and watched the movie. Yes, people we watched the movie. We both love our movies and prefer to watch them when we go to the theatre so sorry, no details there! It was a good movie, we both laughed throughout the whole thing.

Then he brought me home because it was 2:00 and we were tired. SO, he walked me to the door and yes, i got my first kiss on my first bestest date ever!!! i couldn't go to sleep right away because i was too excited!!! It was 5 before i calmed down and went to sleep! :)
